Hint- if you use a "tella florist" website, you may be promised something that's not exactly the same. Go directly through Lemster's!! Was not impressed. I was expecting a certain style that was a best seller online. It turned out different, which I believe was less than what is illustrated. Luckily the wife liked them. Went back to see what I purchased and realized they can rearrange without notice. Would have been nice to get a call letting me know in advance. Maybe even letting me know when I called to make sure the order went through and what time to deliver. I would've went with someone else. Good luck to you.
I was delivered a gorgeous arrangement of flowers as well as a bear for my son. These are such amazing quality ...my whole kitchen smells of the sweet flowers I was delivered. My son teddy bear is super soft and he is in love with it. Thanks Lemster's for going above and making sure the quality is as amazing as the service I received today
I have had an account for years and when my son passed away, who was 100% disabled vet,I went to order flowers on Friday, early afternoon, they told me they could not help me because they were closed Saturday for the Popcorn Festival and I explained to them that my son had passed away however they showed no compassion so I went to Schultz Florist, which were also closed for the same reason, but said they would make sure my son would have flowers for his funeral even if they had to go to Chicago to pick them up. My family members ordered through FTD two of the orders never showed up at all and one of them showed up a day after the funeral when the delivery was guaranteed the day of the wake. We found out later that Lemsters was the FTD florist in the area that the order was placed through. My son did not receive flowers from his Grandfather, Aunt, or Great Aunt and Uncle from Tennessee. They are absolutely the worst florist ever. Thank you Schultz Florist.
