I love shopping at Martin Binder. From the moment Istep into the store everyone is friendly and makes eye contact. I am usually on a mission with limited time, and the whole process goes smoothly and efficiently. Everyone I have dealt with is knowledgeable and confident in explaining the product and offering suggestions. The fact that they continue to bring in new lines is so much fun!
They fixed a ring that wasn't bought from them that the diamond fell out of. They put a bigger size diamond in the setting and got it to fix the ring was cleaned and fixed. They were patient and understanding about the situation. I was very pleased with the service. That is customer service and the service of fixing the ring with allowing me to make payments. So I am grateful for all services given. So thank you to the staff of Martin Binder jeweler. I give them 10 out of 10 for the work pricing and customer staff.
Very nice place beautiful people with great jewelry. The store was closing in 20 min. but I was never rushed. I was shown everything that I needed to make my sister birthday great. Want to buy so much more. Will be back for sure. Thanks.
The gals in my office at Superior Court No.2 stopped at Martin Binders and what a wonderful experience. We all managed to find some wonderful sale items and the staff was terrific. We found some fabulous bargains and certainly enjoyed our shopping experience. One of the girls put an item on layaway so obviously we'll all be returning in the near future. We really enjoyed our shopping experience at Martin Binders, and the bargains were wonderful. It's certainly the best jeweler ever! They are extremely helpful, friendly, and have a huge selection for reasonable prices. Jen was amazing. She listened to exactly what we wanted and was very honest. Highly recommend!
