I am unfortunately disappointed in regional. We had an emergency situation in our home, where sewer was coming into our bath tub and sinks. after several attempts on Tuesday and Wednesday morning through text and was told someone would contact me and they never did! So I called and got no answer and then got a call back and was told they couldnt get anyone out until Friday. Its Wednesday mind you, so no use of our water for 3 days and raw sewer in our bath, was not an option. I had to go elsewhere and we have used regional before and were very satisfied with the last project they completed. But very disappointed now
Most of these reviews were friends and family. Absolutely horrible experience. Had to rework underground plumbing due to the plumber laying out the underground wrong. New house multiple leaks, poor workmanship. Several thousands of dollars worth of hardwood floor affected by various leaks. Had to cut, patch and paint walls in several areas due to leaks. Money was held from final payment, but they wouldnt stand by future inferior workmanship. Late, lousy and always an excuse or blame others rather than taking care of the problem. Mike, the owner wont answer phone calls due to how embarrassed he is of all the issues, in fact never came to house to see damage after they took place. The only thing I ask is they correct their poor workmanship and make sure we dont have to worry about leaks! Mike is a liar and cant remember things he has said even though they are documented in email. I no longer recommend this company!
Great service and professional staff. Didnt try to upsell me or anything. Solved the problem and gave me friendly advise for upkeep.
Was just going to have my 5 yr old off the shelf water heater repaired, but the deal they had for a higher grade one and installed, combined with their warranty, it was a no brainier. They went back to their office, picked it up and came back and installed it. Install was under an hour. Very professional and good. I will use them again for my future needs.
I highly recommend this company. They responded quickly to our issue and had someone at the house within a few hours. They were friendly and professional. They explained each step to me and made sure to get authorization before doing anything. They even called the next day to make sure everything was good. I will use them again!
