This is a truly great company, I was in a real pinch trying to sell my home with a deadline looming. I couldn't find anyone to fit me into their schedule. Tri County listened to my situation, their secretary Sara was awesome to work with, as well as their estimator Charlie. The workers Jason and Jeremy, they sent to my home were professional, tidy, efficient, and above all friendly and concerned about my deadline. Excellent from start to finish!!!! Everyone from the office staff including the woman who answers the phone (forgot her name), Sarah who assisted with scheduling the estimate and job and billing; Charlie (Estimator) and Jason (Repair Technician) were all exceptional to work with and made my roof repair process a very positive experience. I had a leaking skylight that in itself wasn't so bad, however the water restoration company had caused significant damage to my roof when tarping it therefore it needed repair. On Monday, Charlie was out in the morning to look at the job and provide me with an estimate. Charlie was exceptionally helpful when providing information on my options and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I received a very detailed and comprehensive estimate from Charlie which offered me several repair options later that same day. Was able to fax my completed proposal and make the down payment over the phone which was very convenient. Sarah called me on Wednesday to schedule the job and they were able to fit me in on Friday the same week. Jason (Repair Technician) showed up promptly on time, was very professional and friendly, explained the job before he started and kept me posted with progress throughout the day. He was also very mindful of my severe allergies and health issues and took the time to protect the inside of my house and ensure no dust or debris came in while removing my skylight. Not only did he do an excellent and meticulous job on the repair, he was just as meticulous about cleaning up and there was not a speck of dust or roof debris inside my house. Shingles were matched perfectly and one would never know there was even a repair done. Thank you Tri-County!!! Tri county roofing did extensive work on our home and did a professional job with outstanding results. Jeremy and Jason were the two young men who did the job and they did great work. The craftsmanship was fantastic as was their work ethic. They worked on two of the hottest days of the year and didn't complain once. They were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them and the company to friends and family.
My roof was over 30 years old and needed replacement. I contacted three roofing contractors for proposals one of which was Tri-County Roofing. Long story short David, the Tri-County Specialist, provided a detailed and complete proposal. What I really liked was that he offered several different shingle manufacturers along with performance specifications and pricing. I then was free to do my own comparisons and make my own choice. I singed the contract and in a few weeks received a call to schedule a start date. Its was my luck that the work was scheduled in the middle of what seemed like monsoon season. It rained nearly every day. But Nate, the crew leader, and his crew Colton, Danny, Nick and Tim manage the situation and kept the house dry. The work took longer than anticipated but they were not in control of the weather. Nate kept me informed of the status of the job and when he said he was going to do something he did it. His crew cleaned up the yard every day before they left. The roof looks great and I am very happy with results. I would do business again with Tri-County Roofing.
