I take both of my cats here and I'm very happy with the staff. One cat isn't very cooperative (she's scared) but the vets and techs are patient and kind and try their best to keep her calm. They also make sure you understand everything before you leave and are happy to answer any questions I have.
Best vet, staff. Very compassionate and helpful. They really truly care. And their new building is sleek and comfortable for both patients and their humans..
You all are the best! I drive about 45 mins to come here because you are all the best. And my pets love you! And I trust and respect the staff. The quality of care provided here is above and beyond. It's like have a crazy pet loving extended family we get to see a couple few times a yr. If I lived closer Fitz and I would do more pop ins just to say hello. Thank you for everything!
Arbor View is great! The staff were very congenial and they were very thorough. I took one of my snakes in and they had me fill out a firm for reptiles with lots of detailed questions about how I cared for him and they also asked a lot of questions during the exam. I felt like they were dedicating the exam time I paid for to my snake personally and didn't feel rushed. They also befriended my snake and I felt that they genuinely cared about animals. The place was clean and professional. I would definitely recommend them!
The staff of Arbor View were wonderful with my Sassy cat. She isnt friendly with strangers and I had visions of her maiming the whole staff. Instead, their ability in lovingly and confidently handling pets came thru to Sassy and she allowed herself to be carried and examined without incident.I recommend them without equivocation
