We have been trusting McAfee with our pets needs for over 40years and will continue to do so. Awesome friendly staff and nice clean facility. Dr. Brooke like her father before her is not only a great vet but also a very caring person.
Staff is great! They are friendly! Place is so clean!! It doesn't smell of animals like other places do and it is brightly lit! It is a great drive for me to come here but they treat my fur baby so well. As long as I am a dog owner I will be coming here!!!!
Best vet clinic in the area for pets, especially exotics. All of the vets are incredibly dedicated to their patients and will always do their best to answer questions and provide help in a timely manner even with their busy schedules. I have taken all of my exotics (skunk, lizards, tortoise, and chinchillas) to McAfee's for 10 years now and have always received excellent care even in emergencies. They have performed a spay on my skunk and a neuter on my chinchilla(both of which are rather difficult considering the species) and both surgeries went very well. Great place to go!
The staff at McAfee have been both compassionate and professional in treating my Goldens, Romeo & Juliet. Compassionate when Juliet left us about a month ago. Professional and thorough when treating Romeo. Their service and treatment of both the patient and the owner has been exceptional. Sharon and I would definitely recommend their services for your loved pets.
I had sugar gliders for years, and they had always came here. Two of mine suddenly fell very ill and I did not know what to do. I called frantic trying to get them brought in quickly without an appointment because I feared if I waited it would be too late. The staff said they'd call me back within an hour, and never called. I tried getting ahold of someone but no one would give me answers. Shortly after, my two babies passed. At this point I was livid and I called to tell them, and the staff was rude as all get out to me when I had JUST lost my two gliders, that meant the world to me. So I told her off and I will NEVER go to the vet again. I do not recommend.
