Breakfast was good. Parking is not ideal. Also, when I arrived, it took a while for me to check in as the desk worker was taking a smoke break. She was friendly otherwise (once she finally came in)
Great place to stay. Right across from Valpo University and right next to dairy queen. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good breakfast. Maria at breakfast was great. Making sure that everyone had what they needed. Actually saw my wife and I needed napkins and brought them before we asked. Definitely will stay again.
Decent with accommodating staff -the breakfast attendant was especially sweet. Room seemed clean and had everything we needed. We'd requested a crib and it was already in the room when we got there. Free WiFi and breakfast. Quiet at night and kids like the pool. We've stayed before and we'll stay again.
This chain has everything you need. The breakfast selection and quality is great, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are woman friendly. The lobby and front pourch are a nice touch that reminds us of a real country inn.Valparaiso is a town worthy of a visit with many restaurants, businesses, and a charming and vibrant downtown area just a mile from the inn.
We were very pleasantly surprised by this place! It has a good location near to the universe but also near to a nice shopping plaza with Target etc. The staff are great with all-day coffee, cookies and lemon water available. Breakfast starts from 6am, but thankfully they had everything ready and going well before then (we had to be out the door by 6:15). The rooms were comfortable and one very nice feature was a timer on the air-conditioning unit - we don't need the A/C on all night.
