First time eating here. Came in at 3:55 and just made the 4 o'clock $5 lunch special;2 entrees or entree and salad, drink and all you can eat breadsticks.Autumn took our order. She was pleasant and took very good care of us and she came and checked in us and our breadsticks. Her shift was done and Jasmine took over for our visit. Thank you ladies our visit was a great success!!!
I used to go to Fazoli's all the time in California. I grew up going there on a regular basis. Today was my first time going here in Indiana. I experienced the same level of customer service. My food was delicious, cooked to temperature & the staff was friendly. The place was clean & it did not take long for our food to come out. After creating so many memories as a child/teenager, I look forward to creating more memories as an adult.
Good fast food Italian at reasonable prices. I like the unlimited bread sticks and let me tell you they are amazing. Better than Olive garden hands down
I like this restraunt generally but this location has some problems. I went there two nights ago trying to enjoy a night out with my wife and kids and this place did nothing but disappoint me. First off it took a whole hour yo get my food when we finally got it the African American female from the back came up to the table and asked if we wanted it to go in return we replied that we ordered to eat in like it says on the receipt, well she proceeded to bring us our food and it was all wrapped up to go in bags and everything and she did nothing to try to fix the situation. There was another family right next to us that got there food in fifteen minutes, and they got offered fresh grated cheese for there dinners for eating in and all we got were bags if cold food!
Took daughter and grandson for dinner tonight.Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside was clean. Would go again
