I came in today for my 40th birthday for a healthy skin facial from Randy and a sports massage from Tiffany. I have to say it was a great experience from both ladies. Both very professional and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole session.Randy really listened to my skin care needs and really helped the appearance of my skin in just one session. I didn't think it was possible.I definitely will be back and would recommend these ladies.
Driven on money and greed.dont sign up for a monthly membership.. doesn't cancel for another 30 days after you cancel. Higher ups care about money not the clients needs. Stay away!
My review is based on my experience 2 years ago. Came here for a massage on my Birthday and the masseuse talked through my entire session. She did not apply enough pressure, it felt like a kid gave me a massage. I would not recommend this place, I received better massages at Southlake mall. When I get a massage I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE A CONVERSATION. I PREFER PEACE & QUIET SO I CAN RELAX AND ENJOY THE MASSAGE I PAID FOR.I wouldn't recommend nor will I be returning.
I've taken the yearly membership. OK they have a lot of knowledgeable and talented masseuses that work there. I prefer Tiffany and I would marry her if I could! Anyway that is pretty much the best part. Now on the financial end of the spectrum it gets a bit dumb. I came in a day before it were to come out of my account and they were going to charge me $40 plus the extra $60 that I were to owe. So I was going to get dinged $100 for an hour session instead of $60. If you need to be cautious about what you are being charged for, it's really not worth the membership. I have had an over draft every month from this place since I've started here and even with carefully budgeting my account. The constant finding out "WHY WAS I CHARGED THIS MUCH WHEN YOU SAID IT ONLY COST THIS MUCH" gets to be a pain in the ass & The front desk seems to have a turnover. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!
