I have been coming to Retreat at Serendipity for a few years and my last experience was so great I finally had to write a review. I have moved around to many different massage therapist and never had a bad experience, but last time I had Gary and know will not see anyone else. Before my massage Gary asked why I was in, and if there was any section I really needed worked on. It was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten. I treated myself to the Executive Men's Time Out and Gary was easy to talk to when appropriate and I left feeling so much better and booked another appointment immediately. While I will grant you the space is VERY SMALL, the work they do is amazing and the staff has always been easy to work with. So if you have are in need of a great massage with go to Retreat at Serendipity and request Gary. You won't be disappointed.

Had an amazing spa experience with Megan. The staff was so nice and I liked the quaint, smaller facility. From the minute you walk in the door, there is soft music and a relaxing, special vibe! I had a great package with hour massage, facial and foot scrub! And 20% off if you pay with cash!
I have had several massages here and they have all been great! My husband and I keep going back for couple's massages and have never had a complaint.
This place is wonderful! I had an amazing experience with Sheli as my masseuse and Katlin as my facial technician. They were very friendly and inviting and the location is homey and tranquil. My shoulders and back feel do much better and the mask they used for my face worked wonders for my acne. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
